Thanksgiving

So its thanksgiving. Im spending the day with Mitch and then we are going to going over to his grandmas house for dinner and to hang out and for me to meet the family. Im really excited. So as it being thanksgiving I wanted to post a little thank you to the most important people in my life since I could of sent out cards but im lazy as people would call it these days.

Dad- You have always been there to teach me new things and to help me out in so many ways. And to help me get ready for adulthood.

Mom- You have always been my bestfriend. Someone I can always turn too. And talk about anything with.

Angela- You just really came back into our lives but im so glad you have. I love spending time with you whenever you were here and I cant wait to get to know you more.

Sarah- You are the sister I can always count on when I need some sewing help. And you always have awesome craft ideas, and cool ideas for anything. I know I can count on you when im ready to decorate my house one day. I love that you have put my pictures in your bathroom. Im glad someone likes my work.

Katie- You always make me laugh. You always text or call me in the time I just need to hear from someone. Your jokes are always so funny and im glad that I can come to you when I need to tell you something serious.

Jessi- Times have been hard this last year. But I know that you will always be there for me. Even when you say that the shirt im wearing looks ugly on me so that you can have it. I love hanging out with you when we do and the fun times we have.

Lindsay- You and I both know that life between us hasnt always been the easyest but latley have been a lot better. I think it was from your accident... no just kiddin. But thanks for always helping me on big kid things, Like filling out the app for that job or answering stupid questions like 1st or 2nd grade math homework that doesnt make sense.

Anthony- For watching over us.

Grandma- For always having food when I come over. And your hugs are the best.

Sherridan- Youve been there a lot for me latley. And helping me with boy stuff.

And Most important

Mitch- For sticking by my side.

I love everyone and thanks for everything.

Have you heard the news?

So those who don't have or read their facebook. I do have a boyfriend. He actually likes me for me. lol. Anyways so his name is Mitch Campbell. He is from well I guess that doesn't matter. But we met online on the LDSPlanet. Thanks for Lindsay for making me sign up on it and thanks to Mitch's mom who made him sign up on it. Anyways he is super awesome and mom and dad really like him. So we met officially on Saturday at Shayna's house and then he was hungry so we went to Taco Time and then we decided to go back to mom and dads to watch a movie which we spent a lot of time just talking with mom and dad. And then on Sunday he came back out and we went to church together and then had family dinner with gramma and Sherridan and dads friends from work. It was super fun! Then on Monday I drove to go and see him and we went shooting and just hung out at his house and I met his brother. Then we went to dinner at his parents house where i met his mom, dad and sister and some close family friends. But funny story. So Mitch indroduced me to his mom and Mike (family friend) and then it was time to met dad and Mitch was like "hey dad this is Katilyn" yep he did... totally wrong name. So to find out the only Katilyn he knows is his cousin. So we all tease him about it to this day. Anyways dinner was really good. And his family is super cool. I had a lot of fun hanging out with them. Anyways so since then Mitch and I have been talking and I know things have been going a little fast but when you know its right its right.

Its just werid that this is finally happening to me. I cant stop smiling when I talk or even think about this kid. I blush when someone asks me about him. He is so freaking different from any boy that I have met. He gives me the biggest butterflys and he takes my breath away. He is just so awesome. He already has been there for me in so many reasons then he knows and that is really the best thing for me. I guess im just excited for what the future has for us cause im pretty sure this is the one for me!

life has past by

Okay it’s been a while… I know too long actually. Henching its October and last time I wrote on here was July. Yeah so I’ve been really busy since then. With school and working a lot. And the summer went by too fast but dad and I had an awesome time together while mom was gone. I actually got to know dad on a different side I’ve never seen and I learned so much from him. From painting the house, barn, sheds, and garage, painting the new play house and building and destroying it. Roofing Greg’s garage and siding the house. And tiling the floor. And much more. It was nice to have me and dad time. It was fun being on the roof and when the song “country girl shake it for me” came on watch him dance because now he won’t admit to dancing to it.
I’ve started school at Penn Foster. It’s an online course of course but I love it. It’s for child development but I love it and hopefully I can go somewhere with it. I still love doing photography but it’s not really taking me anywhere so I’m just doing it when people need it.
I went floating down the Yakima River with Shayna and Theron and their friends and it was fun for the most part. It was a 5 hour float and we didn’t leave Enumclaw till about 11 and then we didn’t hit the water till like 2ish so we really didn’t get out of the water till about 8 and from everyone they said I wouldn’t need anything so all I had was my swim suit on and I was freezing. When we got back and I wasn’t too happy about that… but I got to my truck super-fast and then turned on the heat. And changed. But I had fun anyways.
The singles ward is still fun for the most part I still like going there for the most part then going to dads ward.
But thats it for now... ill write more when i have time.

DiRtY dAsH! 2011!!

All I have to say is that it was AWESOME. 6.5 miles run in the mud cant get any better!

It can be a good day even when its Raining!

Okay this is me. Kayla Lynn Folk. Yesterday I was wearing this outfit and just jeans and my cute little boots. Anyways so I wanted to get something for the little girls and I to do. So I went to Grocery Outlet and of course this older man like 60ish gross man (I mean its Enumclaw) was totally checking me out. It was kinda funny so I of course just laughed it off. But then I was checking out and taking forever to put my money away and the cashier who was having a horrible day and was sharing to the world started to check the older man like 80 out and so of course I'm like "Sorry I in you're way" and he says totally making my day and making the cashier girl give me a dirty look "Something as pretty as you can always be in my way!" It was so awesome. Totally made my day!

Its summer time!

I went to Sarahs and Scotts for what was suppose to be like 10 days and then Sarah and I were going to drive back together. Well instead Lindsay got into a car accident and I went up to Idaho to save the day. Well couple of days. But here are the pictures I got well being in Utah and in Idaho. Hanging out with my sisters and their children... WE had so much fun going up to Katies and seeing her new house, hanging out with sarah and taking family pictures. And playing in the nice warm sun! But of course we did have to take some naps in between all the fun henching addie fall asleep while playing hard.

Softball Time!

Sarahs stake plays softball in saturday just for the mommys to get out so me and addie just tagged along... It was fun to support her and of course take some pictures too.

Update

Hey just been super busy working on everyones new photos that I havent had time to update. But im doing good. Just working and getting ready to drive to Utah in about 9 weeks or so. For Chelsey wedding and to help christine move. AGAIN... no im excited. And of course hang out with my sisters and my neices... I LOVE MOLLY!! I cant still cant believe that mollys first word was KAYLA... what an awesome way to start my day. anyways here is some of the pictures i just updated but are too cool to be on my blog... lol! So lifes around here has been good. MY photography stuff has started to pick up and the new singles ward isnt too bad i guess... Il live with it. My friends are friends. Me and Marla have been hanging out a lot and that has been fun. Like last night when we were going to play pranks on Sherridan. Oh good times. I cant believe its March... time has passed so fast. No boys just friends just been hanging out and making out.. haha just kiddin. but just been hanging out with a few boys but why not. FREE DATES!! lol! my knee is healing fast as the doctor said... i went in last week and he said its looking good. he said it will be sore for a while but it looks good. and basketball is super fun now that i can run. I cant wait for church ball this year. Our team hopefully will go the whole way... cause that would be AWESOME!!! Angela and her little family is coming soon and that means Jessi and the babies are coming too... AMAZING... I miss having everyone around... but i guess im kinda too busy for everyone anyways. OH YEAH so im doing the dirty dash in July. Im soo freaking excited. Its a 10k 6.5 miles but its in the mud. The best part its in the MUD!!!
